The hotel was convenient, the staff were friendly. There were it's own balcony and coffee in the room, loved that. Private bathroom was clean. It was in the very central location to the breakfast area never looked up.

Convenient spot for exploring around. the room may be small, but it has a shower, a fan, and offers stunning sunset views. A solid choice for a quick one-night business trip. 🌅

A quiet hotel, my first choice in London. Perfect place for discovering London with welcoming staff at the reception desk. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Warm family king room with beautiful sunset views, family atmosphere. Brilliant location at a walking distance from an anglo-catholic church. Very close to a bus stop, pretty quiet area.

central location and being close to everything
well it was a very small room and even the smaller bathroom :). However it is what it is for the price in the middle of London

Value for money location
It stated clearly free wifi is available at public areas but there is only one computer with landline. The toilet is too small even for Asian girl. It is not recommend to stay if you have big luggages and stay at rooms upstairs.

That it was a short one. There is no way I´ll go back there
The room was dirty, there were flies in the bed and the bathroom was old and gross. They did not make the bed, just put the covers up. The sheets and the bedspread were very old and dirty. It was just disgusting.

Absolutely nothing sadly - expect the young man who was often on reception duty, who at least changed my initial room for me - it was marginally better, but at least he made the gesture.
The single room was absolutely tiny, the room was either overhot (couldn't turn down/off radiator) or cold (no heating on). In my first room there wasn't even a proper bed - it was a camp bed! The breakfast was disgraceful, with both cleanliness and quality issues. The woman who made 2 pieces of toast per guest (without asking if we wanted it!) and served a pot of hot water (or maybe not very hot!) wore the same clothes for the 5 days of my stay! There was a mucky jar of nescafe on each table and paired tea-bags in a plastic pot! It was frankly a ghastly experience overall! The hotel looked and felt tired and was being run by people who didn't care about their guests.
